In my mind, I was the last person to end up here. And I am so grateful.
For 30 years I had two completely separate lives. By day: Harvard MBA, Techpreneur, strategy consultant across 25+ countries, Adjunct Professor. Rigorous. Analytical. Precise. Left brain only.
By night: Electric guitar in my basement, performer, surfer, dad of four.
Completely separate minds and energy. Work was serious. Play was play.
Then I injured myself doing P90X DVDs with Tony Horton and got into yoga and meditation for the first time. Wow!
Forced stillness. A door opened. I discovered mindfulness, meditation, yoga, spirituality and ancient wisdom — as powerful to me as the engineering principles I had applied as an aerospace engineer and the spreadsheets I built in finance. And everything I thought I knew about stress management, high performance, success, and personal fulfillment — changed. Fundamentally.
The old models of business and leadership are broken and outdated. Evolved people and leaders focus on showing up as whole humans, pursuing purpose, serving others, deep listening, nervous system regulation, and inspired action.
Some call these soft skills. From my work with hundreds of companies and thousands of leaders, these are the new superpowers of today's leaders. The new performance technology. Lifting others. Energy management reduces stress and overwhelm, provides clarity and resonance and ultimately magnetizes (manifests) your ideal clients, awesome teams and life experience!
Less stress. More flow. More alignment. Better results. Real fulfillment. And you show up powerfully for your team, your family, yourself. and have WAY more fun!
One of the keys is to Own Your Awesome (OYA). What makes you awesome and how do you align that with what you are creating in your life, your business, your relationships?
My awesome is helping business people ROCK their goals - -business, personal, life, using both 30 years of business experience/tools helping clients and spiritual wisdom from multiple ancient traditions.
I would be honored to support your success - in business and life!
